Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Role – CaliforniaBe part of a team that champions exceptional mental health care while supporting your career goals. Our administrative team takes care of the operational details, enabling you to focus on delivering transformative therapy. With a full caseload and the flexibility of telehealth, you’ll have the freedom to focus entirely on client outcomes.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pmWork Setting:
- Fully remote
- Virtual telehealth sessions
Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year, including an attractive benefits package
Core Duties:
- Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs
- Design individualized treatment plans based on client goals
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
- Stay informed about the latest therapeutic practices
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience
