We are Looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW) – HawaiiWe are a respected mental health clinic in Hawaii searching for a skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to support individuals, families, and groups through therapy and counseling.
In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive care, from diagnosis and treatment to therapy and referrals. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals committed to improving mental well-being.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pmCompensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver effective mental health treatment.
- Develop customized care plans to address client goals.
- Facilitate therapy sessions and adjust care plans when necessary.
- Monitor client progress and outcomes.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work.
- Active LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW license in Hawaii.
- At least two years of clinical experience.
- Familiarity with mental health laws and best practices.
