Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Location: Kailua, HI Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummarySupport clients throughout Hawaii by delivering virtual, outpatient therapy. From your own office, you’ll provide assessments, ongoing treatment, and follow-up via secure video platforms, backed by a central support team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete intake assessments and diagnostic impressions
- Provide individual teletherapy sessions
- Develop and update treatment plans aligned with client needs
- Document all services in an electronic health record
- Participate in virtual peer consultation and trainings
Requirements
- Active Hawaii license as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health–related discipline
- Experience providing therapy in outpatient or private practice settings
- Proficient with telehealth and electronic documentation
