Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Location: Rochester, NY Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000/yearSchedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job SummaryProvide virtual therapy to clients across New York with a consistent weekday schedule. This role includes clinical assessment, ongoing sessions, treatment planning, and reliable EMR documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions by secure video
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Create and update treatment plans based on progress
- Document sessions, risk screens, and care updates in the EMR
- Participate in case review discussions and trainings
- Coordinate care when clinically appropriate
Requirements
- Active New York license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
- Master’s/Doctoral degree in a mental health-related field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong organization and time-management
