Job Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PMCompensation:$115,000 - $120,000 annually + full benefits package
Role Overview:
- Provide tailored therapy plans and conduct client assessments.
- Offer evidence-based therapies for individuals, couples, groups, and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide holistic care.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical documentation standards.
- Stay current through participation in training and workshops.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid New York State license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
- Minimum of two years of experience in clinical counseling.
- Expertise in areas like trauma, substance abuse, or family therapy is an advantage.
- Proficiency in ethical and legal standards.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
