Position Description
Provides individual, family, and group counseling services to patients to address various mental health and wellness-related issues. Conducts assessments and helps patients to problem-solve areas of need. Helps to develop coping strategies and action-based goals and objectives for patients. May specialize in a particular area of counseling.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of behavioral health evidence-based counseling practices with all ages and telehealth service delivery.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Required Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
Experience: 3 years of related experience
Licenses/Certificates: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate (LPC- A), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) must be working towards LCSW, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist- Associate (LMFT-A), Licensed Psychological Associate (LPA)
