Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) – Full-Time – Remote in TennesseeWe specialize in connecting Licensed Mental Health Professionals with clients across the country through a secure and user-friendly online platform. This remote position is perfect for LMFTs, LPCs, or LCSWs who take pride in providing exceptional care. You’ll work with pre-screened, low-acuity clients, allowing you to focus on meaningful clinical interactions.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PMCompensation:$100,000 – $110,000 annually, plus a full range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform virtual assessments and design customized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to define goals and track progress.
- Provide telehealth services to enhance accessibility.
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation.
- Participate in professional development to stay informed on best practices.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology
- Active Tennessee license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in good standing.
- At least 2–3 years of clinical experience with strong communication and case management skills.
