Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LICSW)
Location: Minnesota (Remote)Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $100,000–$110,000 annually + full benefits
Job Summary:Provide remote therapy to adult clients seeking support with stress, anxiety, and other non-crisis concerns. This role allows you to work from home while contributing to a collaborative, client-focused mental health team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate virtual individual therapy sessions
- Assist clients in developing goals and actionable coping tools
- Monitor treatment effectiveness and adapt as necessary
- Maintain detailed clinical records in accordance with guidelines
- Support client self-awareness and emotional wellness
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or related discipline
- Active licensure in Minnesota (LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW)
- Clinical experience with adult populations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work reliably in a fully remote environment
