Location: Los Angeles, CA Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job SummaryWe’re looking for a California-licensed mental health therapist to provide virtual therapy to adult and adolescent clients across the state. Your days will center on thoughtful clinical assessment, ongoing psychotherapy, and partnering with clients to create realistic, meaningful treatment plans they can follow in everyday life. This role is ideal if you enjoy structured workdays, clear expectations, and the ability to support a consistent caseload from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth sessions using evidence-based interventions
• Complete intake assessments, diagnostic formulations, and treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
• Monitor progress and adjust care plans based on client response
• Coordinate with primary care providers and other members of the care team when appropriate
• Participate in regular clinical meetings and case consultations

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California license as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health–related field from an accredited program
• Minimum 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Comfortable providing all services via telehealth and using electronic health records
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis (DSM-5/ICD-10), and treatment planning
