Position: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PMCompensation:$100,000 - $110,000 annually, plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs.
- Develop and adjust treatment plans to support client progress.
- Work closely with other healthcare providers for comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely documentation.
- Manage a consistent caseload effectively.
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
- Experience in evidence-based therapy approaches and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well within a team and a commitment to continued learning.
