Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Location: Redmond, OR Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryProvide telehealth therapy to Oregon clients with consistent session blocks, clear documentation expectations, and a supportive remote team for consults and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions by secure video
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic impressions
- Build and review treatment plans with measurable targets
- Maintain detailed EMR documentation
- Attend consults and clinical meetings
- Support clinical review tasks when assigned (case feedback, note review support)
Requirements
- Active Oregon license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline
- Therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable using telehealth tools and EMR systems
