Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Location: Cincinnati, OH Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position HighlightsProvide virtual outpatient therapy to individuals looking for structured, goal-driven care. You’ll have a set caseload and clear expectations for documentation and communication.
Key Tasks
- Conduct virtual assessments and weekly therapy sessions
- Diagnose using current clinical standards
- Build and track treatment plans alongside clients
- Maintain compliant, detailed electronic records
- Attend virtual meetings or trainings when scheduled
Requirements
- Active Ohio license: LISW, LPCC, or IMFT
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or MFT
- Clinical experience with adult and/or teen clients preferred
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable with online platforms
