Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Location: Glendale, AZ Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryDeliver therapy sessions by video to clients across Arizona. This role is built for clinicians who like clear expectations, steady sessions, and organized clinical workflow.
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth sessions to assigned clients
- Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic documentation
- Create treatment plans that translate goals into practical steps
- Maintain clear clinical notes and risk documentation
- Participate in case consultation and care coordination as needed
- Assist with clinical oversight tasks when requested (review, coaching, escalation support)
Requirements
- Active Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Prior therapy experience preferred
- Confident using telehealth and EMR systems
