Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Location: Salem, OR Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000–$120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job SummaryWe’re looking for an Oregon-licensed therapist to provide telehealth sessions to clients statewide. You’ll handle intakes, ongoing therapy, and documentation that keeps treatment plans current and easy to follow. If you prefer a clear schedule and reliable workflow, this role is designed for that.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete assessments, diagnoses/clinical impressions, and treatment plans
- Maintain timely EMR notes and updates
- Follow risk screening and escalation protocols
- Participate in consults, meetings, and trainings
- Support quality review tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Active Oregon license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong documentation skills
