Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)Full-Time, Part-Time, & Per Diem Opportunities | 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available
RiverMead, a premier not-for-profit LifeCare Community, is seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our exceptional healthcare team. We offer flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities, including immediate openings on second and third shifts.

- 2nd Shift: +$2.00 per hour
- 3rd Shift: +$2.50 per hour
- Weekends (Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday midnight): +$1.50 per hour
Shift Differentials
Responsibilities:
Provide direct healthcare services under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
Assist residents with daily living activities to ensure physical and emotional comfort
Accurately observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions
Promote safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions
Qualifications:
Completion of a nursing assistant course meeting federal/state requirements
Active LNA license in the State of New Hampshire
CPR certification required
Minimum of 3 months experience in long-term care preferred
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
Knowledge and Abilities:
Understanding of the unique care needs of the geriatric population
Ability to assess and interpret data related to residents' status and adjust care accordingly
Strong documentation and observational skills
