Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)Full-Time, Part-Time, & Per Diem Opportunities | 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available

We offer flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities, including immediate openings on second and third shifts.

    Shift Differentials

    • 2nd Shift: +$2.00 per hour
    • 3rd Shift: +$2.50 per hour
    • Weekends (Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday midnight): +$1.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct healthcare services under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

  • Assist residents with daily living activities to ensure physical and emotional comfort

  • Accurately observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions

  • Promote safety, dignity, and respect in all interactions

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a nursing assistant course meeting federal/state requirements

  • Active LNA license in the State of New Hampshire

  • CPR certification required

  • Minimum of 3 months experience in long-term care preferred

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Understanding of the unique care needs of the geriatric population

  • Ability to assess and interpret data related to residents' status and adjust care accordingly

  • Strong documentation and observational skills
