Title: Certified Nursing Assistant Length of assignment: 14 Weeks Shift: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Minimum guarantee: 40 Location: Concord, NH Job Summary: The primary role is to protect, sustain, and nurture patients by providing assistance with activities of daily living and meeting other needs as required. You must truly have the desire to care for the sickest and most vulnerable populations. Responsibilities: Measures vital signs accurately Notifies the Supervisory Nurse when a patient reports pain Positions patient in bed with proper body alignment Assists patient with ambulation as necessary Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety Identifies and communicates abnormal findings to the Supervisory Nurse Documents care rendered appropriately and timely Reports to the selected facility and is prepared to work on time as scheduled Adheres to facility standards as applicable Wear identification Complies with both the Employer and Client policies, procedures, and reporting requirements Performs patients' baths, oral hygiene, nail care, foot care, skincare, dressing, feeding, toileting and elimination, and transferring patient The CNA must be able to fulfill all responsibilities and duties of the job description as posted Work Setting: Long-Term Care, Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Acute care, In-Home Care Schedule: Day Shift, Evening Shift, Night Shift, Overnight Shift, Self-determined schedule, 8 Hour Shift, 12 Hour Shift, Long Term, Short Term, Holidays #TB_HC #ZR
