Hours: 32 hours per pay period, 2 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., every other weekend scheduledShift Differential: $5.10 total ($1.60 evening + $3.50 additional differential)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care to residents during evening and weekend shifts.
Administer medications and monitor resident health.
Assist with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment.
Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans.
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in New York State.
Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented.
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred but not required.
