    • Evening shift:  3:00 PM - 11:00 PM 
    • One day of on call per week in addition to every 4th weekend on call

What You'll Do: 

  • Provide high-quality care to residents
  • Support residents in maintaining their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
  • Conduct resident assessments and participate in care planning
  • Implement and evaluate care interventions
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff in developing individualized care plans

What You'll Need: 

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current LPN license within the state of South Dakota.
  • Long-Term Care experience is a plus, but not required; new students are welcome.
  • Must be able to work rotating on-call (1 day/week and every 4th weekend).
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
