Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Location: Las Cruces, NM Position: Full-TimeSalary: $115,000 – $120,000 per yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job SummaryJoin a virtual outpatient team serving clients across New Mexico. You’ll provide assessment, ongoing therapy, and treatment planning through secure online platforms, supported by an experienced administrative and clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth intakes and diagnostic assessments
- Provide recurring virtual therapy sessions
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Complete documentation accurately and on time in the EMR
- Participate in regular online team and clinical meetings
Requirements
- Active New Mexico license as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy
- Experience working with adult and/or teen populations preferred
- Comfortable operating fully in a telehealth environment
