Licensed Professional Counselor
Location: Chandler, AZ Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/yearSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job SummaryDeliver structured telehealth therapy to clients throughout Arizona. This role is designed for clinicians who value consistent weekday hours and well-defined clinical expectations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth intakes and ongoing therapy sessions
- Document diagnoses, treatment goals, and progress notes
- Maintain and revise treatment plans as needed
- Communicate care needs through appropriate channels
- Attend virtual clinical meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Active Arizona license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
- Therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable with EMR and telehealth platforms
