$2,000 Sign-On Bonus (Overnights) + $2,500 Retention Bonus
$28–$35/hour (based on skills assessment)
Shift Differentials that actually reward your schedule:
- M–Th Overnights: Base + $4
- F–Su Overnights: Base + $6
- Sa/Su Days: Base + $4
Three 12-hour shifts – days or overnights available

Internal Medicine

$30–$40/hour (based on skills assessment)

Medical Oncology

Four 10-hour shifts (ideal)
$28–$39/hour

Surgery

Four 10-hour or three 12-hour shifts
$28–$38/hour
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus + $2,500 Retention Bonus
