Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) –Home Health (Multiple Openings)Locations:• Northeast Houston, TX• Northwest Houston, TX• Baytown, TXCompensation: $50/visit along with 5% gas compensation and more About the Role: (W2 employment.)Our client is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to jointheir growing home health team. Ideal candidates will bring strong clinical skills, professionalism,and a collaborative, patient-centered approach. This role involves providing skilled in-homenursing services, including assessments, wound care, and specialized procedures. Candidatesmust be comfortable traveling within a 40-mile radius of their home address.Key Responsibilities:● Perform comprehensive body assessments and document findings within requiredtimeframes (48 hours).● Provide wound care, including wound VAC management.● Conduct phlebotomy (blood draws) as ordered.● Perform foley catheter insertion and care, PICC line care, and tracheostomy care.● Deliver patient-centered care under the supervision of an RN or Case Manager.● Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.● Maintain timely, accurate documentation compliant with agency and regulatoryguidelines.● Adhere to professional appearance standards and company policies.Qualifications:● Active LVN license in the state of Texas.● Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, preferably in home health or skilled nursing.● Strong clinical judgment and assessment capabilities.● Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to 40 miles.● Proficiency in wound care, PICC line management, tracheostomy care, and cathetercare.● Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with the care team.Soft Skills & Expectations:● Strong communication and teamwork abilities.● Professional attitude and appropriate clinical appearance.● High level of accountability and time management.● Commitment to timely, accurate documentation.● Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor.Why Join Our Client:● Supportive, collaborative team environment focused on quality patient care.● Mileage reimbursement.
