Job Description
Responsible for ensuring the safety of visitors, including monitoring and safeguarding the conduct/activities of pool patrons. Will perform water rescues, administer follow-up procedures and first aid, and make proper use of lifesaving equipment and techniques. Provides customer service to patrons, including handling customer conflict and complaints, and assisting with the general maintenance and cleanliness of the pool, pool area, and locker rooms. Will enforce pool policies, rules, and regulations and assist with aquatic program and pool operation.
