Job Description
This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality meals in the Roughrider Grill and in a fast-paced, mobile kitchen environment. Possess a passion for food, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently. You’ll help ensure our Food Trailer and Grill runs smoothly during events and daily operations, delivering great food and service to our community.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required, associate or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, culinary arts or related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in food service.
Knowledge of regulatory and safety compliance in food service operations.
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification within 3 months of hire.
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for prolonged periods.
Must possess exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
Valid Texas driver’s license required.
You must be at least 21 years of age and available to travel as needed
Must be available to work some nights and weekends as assigned.
