Qualifications:
Certified Home Health Aid License from the State of New Jersey
PPD skin test for TB
Essential Functions:
- Companionship-actively engaged with each client and their families.
- Meal preparation
- Errands/Transportation
- Medication reminders
- Light housekeeping
- Follow client care plan and provide updates as needed
- Personal care (CHHA/CNA Only)
- Household Management
