Job Description:
We're seeking a Loan Operations Specialist to support the processing and servicing of commercial loans, as well as installment, mortgage, and line-of-credit loans. This role ensures accurate loan boarding, payment and payoff processing, escrow disbursements, and collateral perfection/release. You will also research issues and provide support to customers and internal staff.
Responsibilities
Process and service new and existing commercial and non-commercial loans.
Board loans, process payments/payoffs, and handle escrow disbursements.
Complete collateral perfection and release procedures.
Respond to customer and employee inquiries.
Support departmental goals and comply with all regulations and Bank policies.
Qualifications
1-3 years of related loan operations or banking experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail.
