Job Description
Local Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 am- 3:00 pm (occasional flexibility based on routes)
Location: Sterling, VA
Starting Wage: $25.00-$30.00//hour (based on experience)
Bonus: Quarterly Profit Sharing AND Pay Increase Opportunity Twice Per Year!

What You'll Do
- Safely drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver electronic materials to and from customers
- Follow all DOT, state, and federal regulations and company safety standards
- Communicate with dispatch to update status, routes, and delivery confirmations
- Provide excellent customer service during pickups and drop-offs, ensuring smooth handoffs
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
- Complete all required paperwork and logs accurately and on time
- When not on the road, support warehouse production-tearing down, sorting, or refurbishing electronics
- Identify and track valuable electronic components using software tools and ERP systems
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of commercial driving experience preferred
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset
- Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly with dispatch and customers
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs. regularly and work in varying temperatures
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Valid Class D driver's license with F-endorsement required (or ability to obtain)
- Current DOT physical and ability to meet all DQ file requirements
- Bonus points for forklift certification, electronics knowledge, or mechanical aptitude

- Split between driving and hands-on warehouse production
- Fast-paced, goal-driven, and team-oriented
- Physical work, including lifting, loading, and operating pallet jacks or forklifts
- Exposure to warehouse conditions-dust, temperature changes, and noise
- Occasional overnight routes depending on customer needs
- Strong safety culture and clear processes to keep you supported
