Job Description

Position Overview:Tornado Transport is hiring for a local trucking job in Gering, Nebraska. This is a seasonal position offering a daily home schedule and consistent work for approximately 6-7 months per year.

Daily Duties and Responsibilities:

Haul materials from piles to factories on local runs.
Work 12-hour shifts, with a 24/7 operation.
Both part-time (1-3 days per week) and full-time (4-6 days per week) shifts are available.
Weekend work is a requirement for this position.
The freight is no-touch.

Financial Opportunity:

Weekly Pay: You can earn an estimated $1,100 - $1,800 per week.
Bonus: A $500 bonus is available for drivers who are employed for the first 30 consecutive days of rehaul.
Overtime: This position is not eligible for overtime.

Equipment Specifications:

This position involves operating belly dump trailers.
Truck speed is set at 68 mph.

Required Qualifications:

Valid CDL-A.
1 year of driving experience is required.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
