Requirements
- MD/DO Degree
- Board Certified
- Licensed in Oklahoma State or IMLC
- ACLS Certification Required
- BLS Certification Required
- Required to Supervise Advance Practice Providers
- Fellowship Status Preferred
- EPIC Preferred
