We are seeking an exceptional Logistics Operator II to join our Warehouse Operations team in Camas, WA.
Day Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30PM
This position is responsible for receiving incoming product, component material, and RMAs from customers. Ensures accuracy by verifying vendor, parts received, and quantity received in accordance with purchase orders. Repackages or relabels material, as necessary. Separates material requiring physical and electronic inspection. Reviews, pulls, and delivers requested product to Production using forklifts, pallet jacks and/or other appropriate equipment. Performs all duties with focus on safety, quality and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory.
- Ability to articulate process flow of the product. Ability to use MOM.
- Can independently locate MPIs. Understands the impact of current process on the product.
- Trained in 5S system.
- Proficient using MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience working with an ERP/MRP System.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2000.
- Ability to use MOM.
- Complies with 5S system. Ability to maintains Inventory accuracy.
- No Inventory errors in the last 30 days.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 months experience and certified on assigned station(s),
- or 1 year of equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.

Starting pay depends on qualifications:
- Logistics Operator II - starts $19.77 per hour
Logistics Operator III - starts at $20.80 per hour
Logistics Operator IV - starts at $22.37 per hour
Shift differentials are paid at the rate of 10% for hours worked between 5:30PM and 12:00AM and at 15% for hours worked between 12:00AM and 5:30AM
Target Cash Bonus with potential payout of up to 2% of earned wages
120 hours of paid Vacation per year, plus paid Sick Leave and 10 paid Holidays
