What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care under RN and physician supervision

• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

• Monitor residents' health and document changes promptly

• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update care plans

• Build positive relationships with residents and families through compassionate communication

What We're Looking For

• Active LPN license in the State of Wsahington

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Strong attention to detail and dedication to resident-centered care
