Job Description

Mainshares is on a mission to ensure the future of America’s small business economy by backing the next generation of operators. As part of our entrepreneurship through acquisition process, we are currently hiring for one of our clients, a prominent and respected pool company in the greater Los Angeles area.

This is a full-time, commission-based position with a realistic earning potential of $100K+ annually. You will be joining a team that transforms outdoor living environments in Northern Los Angeles and the Santa Clarita Valley.

About the Company

Our client specializes in transforming outdoor spaces into personalized retreats. They don’t just build pools; they design and construct custom pools, spas, outdoor kitchens, fire features, and complete backyard renovations. With deep local experience and a strong reputation, they are known for their craftsmanship and personal touch. The company serves communities such as Granada Hills, Porter Ranch, Encino, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Valencia, and Stevenson Ranch, and understands the terrain, permitting processes, and lifestyle expectations of clients in these high-demand areas.

The Role

As a New Pool Construction Sales & Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners looking to create their dream backyard. You will guide them through the entire process, from initial design to project completion. This role requires a blend of creative vision, sales expertise, and project management skills to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience for every client.

What You'll Do

  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their vision, lifestyle, and budget.

  • Design and propose complete outdoor living concepts, including pools, spas, kitchens, and hardscaping.

  • Collaborate with the in-house design and construction team to ensure the feasibility of your designs.

  • Present professional proposals with confidence and clarity.

  • Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Manage your sales pipeline and effectively follow up on leads.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in custom home construction, luxury services, or outdoor living design.

  • Design Passion: A genuine passion for design and creating high-quality, livable spaces.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong listening and communication skills to help families make important decisions.

  • Self-Driven: Well-organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Northern Los Angeles and Santa Clarita Valley areas is a strong plus.
