The OpportunityWe’re hiring experienced Finishing Machine Operators who want to make a meaningful impact and grow their careers in a hands-on environment. Experience with equipment such as Bobst, Sanwa, or Kluge is a plus, but what matters most is mechanical skill, reliability, and a team-first mindset.👉 Don't have prior machine experience? What You'll Do

• Set up and operate finishing equipment independently or under minimal guidance
• Perform required quality checks and basic troubleshooting
• Clean, adjust, and lubricate equipment to keep it running smoothly
• Protect equipment, company property, and customer materials
• Accurately complete job tickets and documentation
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to meet schedules

• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
• At least 6 months of experience operating print finishing or similar production equipment
• Experience with Bobst, Sanwa, or Kluge equipment a plus
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions/job tickets
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
