Job Description
Responsible for maintenance tasks performed on facilities and equipment. Performs complex building repairs using various technical skills (i.e., carpentry, electrical, and plumbing.) Assists in maintaining preventive maintenance programs and procedures. Directs work with vendors/technicians who repair and maintain equipment and/or systems. Conducts weekly and monthly building inspections to identify needed repairs and safety hazards. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Performs a wide variety of repairs throughout the facility including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry. Ensures proper upkeep and preventative maintenance of all buildings, materials, and systems. Schedules, directs and ensures satisfactory completion of work performed by vendors.
Provides support with conference room set-up for meetings, caterings, and events.
Maintains positive interactions with associates at all levels of the organization in providing outstanding service and support.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Required Education: High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
Strong communication skills to interact with internal customers and external vendors.
Demonstrated proficiency with computer systems to record and track data.
Ability to push, pull and lift 75 lbs.
Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
Preferred Qualifications
2 Minimum of two years of experience in maintenance or operations.
