Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Tempe, AZ | Full-TimeAbout the Role
AGC is seeking a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment and facilities running smoothly. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced industrial environment.What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair equipment (motors, pumps, conveyors, fans, etc.)
- Troubleshoot electrical panels, wiring, and controls
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Install and maintain hydraulic/pneumatic systems
- Operate forklifts and assist with equipment moves/installations
- Document repairs and keep work areas safe and organized
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, PLCs, and motor controls preferred
- Ability to read schematics and follow OSHA safety protocols (LOTO, PPE)
- Forklift experience a plus (training/certification available)
Physical Requirements
- Stand/walk for most of shift
- Lift up to 25 lbs
- Work in noisy/industrial settings
