Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Support production with planned and unplanned work, including hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, ladder logic, and CNC systems.
- Assist with machine efficiency improvements and downtime resolution.
- Participate in training, shift meetings, and new model launches.
- Support robot recovery and other production support tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Technical high school education or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years manufacturing experience with team-based problem solving.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems (Plex preferred).
- Familiarity with OHSA regulations and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Positive, self-starter with good communication and time management skills.
