Kiwanis Village, a senior apartment community in Findlay, Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our exceptional property management team! If you're skilled in general maintenance and committed to providing safe, well-maintained housing for seniors, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Prepare vacant units for move-ins (painting, cleaning, repairs)
Maintain common areas, grounds, and safety systems (fire alarms, door locks, etc.)
Complete work orders, inspections, and maintenance logs
Assist vendors and support residents with professionalism
What You Need
High school diploma or equivalent
2-5 years of maintenance experience (residential/apartment preferred)
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair skills
Valid driver's license; HVAC certification preferred
Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and communicate clearly
