The ADP Manager is responsible for the overall direction, day-to-day operations, financial oversight, staffing, and quality assurance of the program, funded by the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and/or the Department of Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities (DMH/DD).

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee health, safety, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance for all program participants.
- Ensure adherence to DMH/DD, DHSS, Medicaid Waiver, and Fire Marshal regulations.
- Manage accurate and timely billing, documentation, and record-keeping for all funding sources.
- Supervise and support Day Program staff and volunteers, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Conduct staff interviews and lead community recruitment efforts.
- Perform intake assessments and coordinate supportive services for new participants.
- Analyze and improve operational procedures for enhanced quality and efficiency.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, families, community partners, and funding representatives.
- Promote a positive team culture through leadership, recognition, and open communication.
- Monitor staffing levels, aiming to minimize overtime and ensure appropriate coverage.
- Implement quality management initiatives to align program outcomes with organizational goals.
- Advocate for individuals served, ensuring services remain person-centered and responsive.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field required.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities required.
- Relevant experience may substitute year-for-year for educational requirements.
Additional Qualifications:
- Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint check.
- Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.
- All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
- Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
Physical Requirements:

Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up 1/3 of the time)
A negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
