We’re looking for a visionary leader who is excited about turning cutting-edge research into real improvements in pediatric care. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of biomedical imaging, data, and AI/ML—and who believes great ideas should move from the bedside, to research, and back to the bedside.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with clinicians to identify important clinical questions, lead innovative research, and help translate discoveries into tools that make a real difference for children and families.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and deployment of computer vision models that fit naturally into radiology workflows.
Set the vision and strategy for how AI/ML is applied in pediatric imaging and care.
Stay hands-on with model development and contribute to high-impact research publications.
Work closely with clinical, IT, and data science teams to build scalable AI solutions.
Help turn research insights into practical tools that improve pediatric outcomes.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience leading teams and building new programs or capabilities from the ground up.
Strong technical background in computer vision, biomedical imaging, and AI/ML.
A collaborative leader with high emotional intelligence who enjoys mentoring and inspiring others.
A passion for translational research and creating solutions with real clinical impact.
If you’re excited about shaping the future of pediatric imaging and using AI to improve patient care, we’d love to hear from you.
