What you’ll be doing
- Organize, monitor and ensure consistent operations of the residential homes
- On Call support for programmatic needs
- Ensure timely completion of management responsibilities including but not limited to employee evaluations, supervisory meetings, staff meetings, approval of staff requests
- Oversee budget development and monitoring of revenue vs expenses
- Provide coverage to residential homes in the absence of the manager
- Coordinate and conduct department staff meetings
- Ensure programs operate in compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Provide after hours on call coverage
- Participate in audit preparation, referral assessments, intakes, discharges etc.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to HN corporate policy
- 5 - 10 years’ experience in a relevant position
- Prior background in health and/or human services
- Experience with IDD individuals and working with CMH requirements, preferred
- Demonstrated computer skills in MS Office applications. Knowledge of health care information management systems preferred
- Previous supervisory experience
