Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Manual QA Analyst (Financial Systems) position! This is a 12+ month contract opportunity and will be onsite in Buffalo, NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. What You’ll Be Doing: Support the bank's Debit Modernization project by executing comprehensive QA testing for ATM software and hardware systems. Conduct hands-on testing in a dedicated ATM lab environment, preparing for key conversions and system upgrades. Assist with the preparation of test plans and contribute to impact assessments. Design detailed test cases and condition test data to validate functional requirements. Execute manual functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance tests. Log, track, and document software defects following standard defect management procedures. Analyze test cases to identify opportunities for automation or regression coverage. Ensure QA best practices and procedures are consistently followed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to less experienced QA personnel. Escalate potential risk-related issues to management and support internal risk and compliance processes. What You’ll Need to Have: A combined minimum of 4 years higher education and/or work experience, with at least 1 year of application testing experience. Test Case Design & Execution experience. Regression, Integration, System, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience. Defect Identification, Logging, and Tracking experience. Familiarity with Agile software development framework. Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) knowledge. Pertinent web service testing application experience. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment under aggressive timelines. Pay Range: $31-$41/hr Questions about any of our jobs?
