Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor in daily planning, work assignments, and operational priorities.
- Manage and support team members to meet production and quality goals.
- Step in and perform supervisory duties when the supervisor is not present.
- Utilize SAP for inventory tracking, pallet verification, and production reporting.
- Scan pallets and verify accuracy of materials and documentation.
- Bring work to the team and ensure smooth workflow throughout the shift.
- File and maintain paperwork
- Work in the production line when operations require additional hands-on support.
- Communicate effectively with supervisor
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and GMP guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and scanning systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and motivate a team.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible to assist in production when needed.
