Join us and be part of a team that is changing the way theworld sees motion!Job Overview: RDI seeks an ambitious and detail-oriented professional to join the OperationsTest and Assembly Team. This role is responsible for the precise assembly, rigorous testing,and accurate fulfillment of our camera-based products, ensuring every system meets RDI'shigh-quality standards before shipping globally.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Core Operations & Quality Control
  • Perform precise assembly of the Iris M™ suite of Motion Amplification® products, adhering strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct system-level performance testing to verify quality and functionality (QCTP), ensuring systems are staged for successful customer delivery.
  • Prep assemblies for use when batching orders and support the Lead Operations Associate in maintaining assembly documentation.
  • Assist in the inventory management and organization of all assembly components and finished goods.
2. Logistics & Order Fulfillment
  • Conduct shipping, receiving, and other logistics functions, including preparing outbound shipments and coordinating with domestic and international parcel carriers.
  • Assist the Lead Operations Associate with complex logistics tasks such as dangerous goods and customs declarations/EEI filings.
  • Serve as the face of RDI to customers from an order fulfillment and logistics perspective, including managing prompt communication regarding order status, licensing, and tracking information.
  • Assist the Trade Show Coordinator with packaging and shipping conference and show materials.
3. Technical & Development Support
  • Support product and software development resources by performing internal testing of new hardware/software features and releases.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to the RDI development/sales/marketing teams regarding product functionality and assembly efficiency.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including prompt responses to customer inquiries, and maintain organized records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or vocational/technical certification preferred.
  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, electronics testing, or a warehouse environment is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite or similar.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite or other CRM & ERP software preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
Required Training (Provided by RDI)
  • Must become IRIS-M/MA SUITE certified within first quarter of hire.
  • HazMat/Dangerous Goods training must be completed within 45 days of hire.
