Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented 2026 Summer Interns to join our Manufacturing, Science and Technology (MSAT) Advanced Therapies Supply Chain Team (ATSC) Organization at Johnson and Johnson. This internship will provide an opportunity to work closely with technical project leaders/core teams on critical projects aimed at cost/value optimization, supply chain resiliency, as well as increasing reliability to our patients across our ATSC products. The intern will assist in the execution of project strategies, risk assessments, supporting manufacturing processes, and the development of business cases, contributing to the overall advancement of our ATSC product goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Participate in the planning and execution of manufacturing activities or optimization projects to support key ATSC product objectives.
· Assist in developing project implementation strategies and ensure alignment across functions
· Evaluate financial and/or operational business cases under the guidance of the project team
· Opportunity to connect closely with external manufacturing site(s) and support teams to ensure manufacturing and supply demands are met
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$23.00/hr to $51.50/hrAdditional Description for Pay Transparency:
The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension).
