Manufacturing Engineering Technician

This hands-on role leads complex troubleshooting, system integration, and automation projects while mentoring other technicians, ensuring compliance, and partnering with Engineering, Quality, and IT to enhance efficiency and product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive process automation and MES workflow optimization.

• Configure and troubleshoot MES and reporting tools.

• Lead cross-functional projects with Engineering, Quality, and IT.

• Ensure compliance with ISO/FDA and internal standards.

• Train and mentor Technicians I-III.

• Lead testing, troubleshooting, and equipment repair activities.

• Support design changes and provide technical assistance to operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's in a technical field preferred.

• 6-8+ years progressive technician experience.

• Expert MES configuration and electromechanical troubleshooting skills.

• Fixture/jig design experience; project leadership a plus.

• Familiarity with ISO or FDA environments preferred.
