Primary Responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated individual to work as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician on 2nd Shift. The hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 2PM - 10PM.

This position has a strong emphasis on Fabrication within our manufacturing environment. This position would be working in a hands-on manufacturing environment where safety, quality and teamwork are of utmost importance. Individuals in this role can expect to share ownership of projects, achieve a high level of job satisfaction and feel like a valued member of the organization. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Oversee the process of manufacturing FAI sample parts and support production on Cincinnati CNC press brakes.
  • Provide engineering support for manual TIG welding and manual sanding/finishing processes. Help team members develop an understanding of the equipment, manufacturing process, and quality expectation.
  • Provide guidance to maintenance mechanics when troubleshooting equipment breakdowns. Lead root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective measures
  • Work with design and quality engineering to improve manufacturing drawings and inspection plans as part of new product introductions and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure safety throughout manufacturing practices, procedures and equipment

This position requires a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check, which will be administered after a conditional job offer is extended.
