Military veterans encouraged toapply.  What You’ll DoAs a Manufacturing Packager, you’ll play a key role in preparing products for sale anddistribution. Your responsibilities will include: ● Weighing, packaging, and labeling cannabis-infused products according tocompany standards and state regulations. ● Operate and maintain packaging machinery, including fillers, cappers, labelers,and sealers, safely and efficiently. ● Inspecting products for accuracy, consistency, and quality. ● Maintaining accurate packaging and inventory records. ● Keeping your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety andsanitation standards. ● Following all company SOPs (standard operating procedures) and statecompliance requirements. ● Assisting team members and performing additional duties as assigned. ● Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize packagingprocesses. ● Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate complex problems tomaintenance personnel. What We’re Looking For ● High school diploma or equivalent. ● Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or assembly line work(preferred, but not required, we provide training). ● Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. ● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. ● Basic math and recordkeeping skills. ● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods. ● Must be able to obtain a Missouri DCR-issued Agent ID and pass a federalfingerprinting background check.  ● Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Why You’ll Love Working Here ● Competitive Pay: $15/hr with opportunities to grow. ● Great Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and more after 90 days. ● Positive Culture: Inclusive, team-first environment where everyone’scontribution matters. ● Career Growth: Join a leading company in Missouri’s cannabis industry withroom for advancement. ● Veteran-Friendly: Military veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.
