Job SummaryJoin our winning team at Jacob Family Enterprises, Inc., a home improvement expert in the St. Louis Metro area. We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Assistant who can handle a variety of responsibilities as we continue to grow. This position requires a versatile person that can multi-task with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This position requires a mature, dependable outgoing person that can work with a variety of people and is customer service driven.Job responsibilities:
- Answering phone, determine appropriate routing to resolve customers’ concerns
- Setting appointments for our Design Consultants with potential customers (no selling is required)
- Entering customer leads into CRM
- Updating, scanning, maintaining, and filing customers’ paperwork
- Receiving and recording payments from customers
- Assisting manager with reporting from multiple lead sources
- Must follow specific script when answering phones
- Customer Service oriented
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
