Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate, you’ll play a role in supporting our brand initiatives across multiple channels. In this role, you will provide marketing and communication support for our production groups, resulting in a diverse workload. Working alongside a dedicated team of marketing professionals, you’ll help craft engaging content, coordinate email marketing campaigns and analyze campaign performance to ensure our message reaches and resonates with current and prospective customers nationwide.

A successful candidate will bring a balance of creativity, strong attention to detail and a proactive approach. You will take ownership of the initiatives assigned, contribute fresh ideas and help maintain and grow a consistent, professional image that defines FNBA. Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation to be leveraged across multiple channels
• Coordinate email marketing and social media communications for all bank production departments.
• Assist with email marketing initiatives
• Generate reports and provide statistical results on performance
• Analyze reports and make suggestions to improve performance
• Assign leads that come in each day
• Coordinate marketing initiatives for conferences

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably in the mortgage or financial industry
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute work while handling multiple assignments
• Ability to create materials and communications that are compliant with regulations
• Experience with Microsoft Excel
• Experience using Canva will be a benefit but not necessary
• Basic understanding of WordPress is a plus
