Job Description

We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Marketing Communications Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our growing national event marketing campaigns.

This entry-level position offers hands-on experience in event coordination, brand promotion, public engagement, and communications — perfect for recent graduates or career changers passionate about marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist with planning and executing event marketing and promotional campaigns

  • Support live event coordination including trade shows, community outreach, and brand activations

  • Help create and distribute marketing materials for in-person campaigns

  • Engage directly with event attendees to share the brand message and encourage participation

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure cohesive communications

  • Track event outcomes, gather attendee feedback, and prepare summary reports

  • Maintain and organize promotional assets and event supplies

Who You Are:

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Outgoing, approachable, and comfortable interacting with diverse audiences

  • Organized and detail-focused, with a passion for marketing and public relations

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible availability for some evenings, weekends, and travel as needed

  • Previous experience in event marketing or communications is a plus but not required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred but not required

  • 0–2 years experience in marketing, events, or customer engagement

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
